As one of its new initiative, SBTI jointly organizes National Seminar on Current trends in Biotechnology in collaboration with Department of Biotechnology St. Joseph’s College, Irinjalakuda Thrissur Dist., Kerala and Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) on 15th December, 2017. It aims to update recent advances in biotechnology to college students and to inculcate scientific aptitude among students. Dr. Naijil George, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, St. Joseph’s College, Irinjalakuda & Treasurer, SBTI organised the one day seminar.
